Our fees
Quatuor carries out the following tasks
– Intermediation: determining the terms and conditions of sale, drawing up sales sheets and presentation packs, advertising, finding and selecting buyers, accompanying them on visits, negotiating, formalising agreements, etc.
– Legal: securing financing, drafting or helping to draft contracts of sale subject to conditions precedent, setting up and monitoring an action plan, sale of assets, transfer of shares, approval of notarial deeds, etc.
– Assistance with procedures: dealing with third parties (owners, notaries, banks, consultants, surveyors, etc.), preparing applications for authorisation to farm, checking SAFER notifications, etc.
Agricultural and wine-growing properties, houses, forestry properties, leisure properties, shares in agricultural and/or property companies

** Minimum fixed price of €40,000 (incl. VAT), except for sales of bare land where the fixed price is €4,800 (incl. VAT).
Calculation basis: Sale price excluding VAT of movable and immovable assets
Since 1 April 2017, displaying the fee schedule has been a legal requirement for all professionals involved in property transactions, in accordance with the ministerial order of 10 January 2017.
