Quatuor-Transactions specialises exclusively in farm transfers. We are familiar with all the stages of your project, the issues involved in this type of transaction, agricultural regulations, and the various players involved.
The Quatuor team is made up of 30 experts from the world of agriculture who know the ins and outs of the business.
We speak the same language as our customers, we know how to ask the right questions, anticipate difficulties and identify opportunities: this ability to understand every issue enables us to provide effective support to our customers, whatever their activity or type of farm.

The guarantees of an estate agency
As estate agents affiliated to the FNAIM, we provide all the legal and financial guarantees needed to secure the transaction. We also have an escrow account.
We hold a ‘property and business transactions’ professional licence (no. 5602 2016 000 004) issued by the Morbihan Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Our membership of GALIAN Assurances provides us with a financial guarantee fund of up to €2,200,000 and professional indemnity insurance, ensuring that our transactions are completed successfully.
We always work on the basis of a relationship of trust within the framework of a written mandate and in full compliance with the regulations and the FNAIM code of ethics and professional conduct.
