How do you find farms for sale?

How do you set selling prices?

The selling price is usually set in consultation with the seller and in correlation with similar transactions on the market. 

The asking prices for land do not allow us to carry out the acquisition

Among our buyers are investors who can buy land to rent to an operator. In this case, it will be necessary to strike a balance between a reasonable rent and a sufficient rental return for the investor. 

What if we discover problems after the purchase?

The farms we offer are operating businesses. The buildings, equipment, etc. are not new, so we cannot offer you the guarantees of a new property. However, the seller is obliged to inform you in good faith of the quality of the property. We also arrange for a certain number of inspections or diagnoses to be carried out before the escrow contract is signed. For example, we ask for livestock analyses to be carried out so that you can be sure of the quality of the animals purchased. 

Some prices set by owners are out of the market

It’s always tricky to set a fair selling price. If the asking price seems disproportionate, you can make an offer at a different price. We will inform the seller of this and of your arguments, bearing in mind that one of our tasks is to reconcile the positions between the parties.
