Our team

Quatuor Transactions now has a team of 30 people spread across 3 branches: Moréac (56), Carquefou (44) and Bordeaux (33). 

Our team is above all a close-knit group, where each member, with his or her unique personality, plays an essential role. Everyone brings their own expertise to the table and contributes to the enrichment of our projects, creating a special alchemy. We firmly believe in the power of complementarity, and it is this diversity of talents and perspectives that enables us to combine our varied skills to move forward together towards common goals. The synergy within our group is our greatest strength, and it’s this dynamic that drives us to innovate and meet challenges successfully. Together, we form a solid team, where collaboration, mutual support and respect for individuals are the keys to our success.

Tugdual, a consultant in rural law, holds a Master’s degree in Land Expertise from HEDREA. Based in the Nantes office, he brings his experience and skills to agricultural and winegrowing negotiators, particularly in the legal aspects of monitoring sales.

Eric worked for an accountancy firm for over 15 years, advising and assisting farmers. Then, in 2004, he founded Quatuor Transactions with 3 partners. A recognised negotiation professional with a farming background, he provides support to agricultural and winegrowing negotiators.

Pauline joined the Quatuor team in 2022. Passionate about the agricultural sector and with a wealth of experience in marketing, she develops innovative strategies to promote your properties. Thanks to her creativity and in-depth knowledge of the market, she maximises the visibility of your properties. She also organises Quatuor’s participation in numerous trade fairs and develops a wide range of internal and external communication tools.

Marie joined the Quatuor team in 2022 and quickly established herself as an indispensable asset to our team. A true Swiss Army knife, she plays a key role in helping buyers to realise their relocation plans. In addition to this, she is responsible for advertising our available properties across all our communication channels, guaranteeing optimum visibility.  Marie is also in charge of Quatuor’s administrative management, ensuring that all internal operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Auregane has a degree in rural law and agricultural economics from HEDREA, and initial professional experience in the agricultural insurance sector, which has given her in-depth knowledge of the issues specific to the agricultural sector. Having come from a farming family spanning several generations, she grew up in this environment, making her the ideal person to support negotiators during transfers. Thanks to her expertise and mastery of the various aspects of agricultural production, Auregane plays an essential role in securing and optimising transactions for our customers.

Louis holds a Master’s degree in agriculture and agri-food law and in private law. In addition to his training, Louis comes from a family of farmers and winegrowers, so he has a good grasp of the issues, opportunities and difficulties in the field. Since 2015, he has been assisting business owners with setting up and transferring their businesses, using his skills, high standards and thoroughness to provide solutions that are tailored to their needs and secure.

After more than 20 years with major dairy groups, Philippe joined the team in 2021 to develop the business in Finistère. His commercial skills and local knowledge mean he can provide effective support for livestock farming projects, as well as for crop and market gardening projects.

After more than 30 years in agricultural machinery distribution, including 27 years as a company manager in Brittany, Laurent has a thorough understanding of the agricultural sector. His commercial and entrepreneurial skills are solid assets for supporting sales staff and project developers in the Côtes d’Armor region.

Dominique began his career in agriculture, working as a dairy farmer for 25 years, which enabled him to develop solid experience as a farmer. He then chose to become a trainer at an agricultural school  (MFR), sharing his passion and knowledge with future farmers. In 2021, he joined the Quatuor team, where his experience and commitment make him an invaluable asset to his customersprojects.

The daughter of a winegrower and the granddaughter of a farmer, Sophie holds a BTS (HND) in Accounting and Organisation Management, complemented by a professional degree in ‘Marketing of products from the wine industry and agri-distribution’. Based at the Carquefou office, her knowledge of the agricultural sector and her commercial flair enable her to assist sellers and buyers in the Loire-Atlantique region.

Nicolas has solid commercial experience in the Pays de la Loire region. Formerly sales manager of a Terrena subsidiary, he has been working alongside farmers and market gardeners for several years. This knowledge has enabled him to develop the specialist crop trading business, as well as working with livestock and cereal farmers in Maine-et-Loire.

Mickaël was a negotiator in the Brittany region for 10 years and is now a negotiator in the Vendée. With a farming background, he spent 15 years in a farm accountancy centre as an accountant and environmental adviser. His experience and technical skills make him the company’s environmental contact.

He joined the Moréac office in 2009, after more than 20 yearsexperience in advising farmers. He worked as a dairy controller and then as a management adviser in an agricultural accountancy firm, before leading agricultural negotiations in Brittany and then Normandy. His technical skills in agriculture and his knowledge of economic sectors and animal production make him the company’s technical agricultural advisor.

Originally from the Netherlands, Yvonne moved to France with her husband and children twenty years ago to work as a farmer. With the experience she has gained over the years, she has a thorough understanding of the various administrative procedures involved in setting up in this country. She has been able to adapt to local requirements and successfully navigate through the procedures needed to obtain the authorisations, licences and registrations essential for a farming operation. Yvonne is a valuable source of advice for those wishing to set up in France. In addition to her professional skills, Yvonne is fluent in French, English and Dutch.

As a sales coordinator, she guides her team with kindness and knows how to build relationships based on trust. Her perfect command of English, German and Dutch, combined with her organisational skills and enthusiasm, enable her to be a driving force behind Quatuor-Transactions.

Aurélien comes from a farming family in the Ardennes. He worked as a dairy farmer for 15 years, then worked as a trainer in a Maison Familiale for 5 years. After working in the traditional property sector, he joined the Quatuor Transactions team of negotiators as an agent. He has a BTS ACSE and a passion for sport, nature and DIY. Dynamic and enterprising, he enjoys launching new projects.
